| Since our inception, Steel Plus Network has been set up on a strong financial foundation. This secure position ensures our ability to give members the services and benefits they need. Steel Plus Network intends to continue to grow and develop programs. In addition, SPN intends to generate equity growth for all members in the future. The share structure capitalization of the company to date is $4,600,000. A significant additional characteristic of Steel Plus Network is that this equity is unburdened by any long-term debt. We are well capitalized and debt free. This $4,600,000 is represented by two classes of equity interest shares: A & B. Class B shares are common shares held by Canam Group Ltd (TSX: CAM). Class B "common" shares are capped at 45% equity and voting of the company. Class A shares are the entry point in this dynamic buying group in North America. These voting shares are currently priced at $30,000 per share. It is one of these shares you purchase when joining Steel Plus Network. Installment payment provisions can be arranged at the time of joining. In addition, a monthly member's operational fee is paid to support the day-to-day operation of the Network. This fee enables the Network to develop, negotiate on your behalf, maintain, monitor and collect the rebate programs, develop technology information products, support programs and member networking facilities. It also allows us to offer you a centralized, reliable EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) environment for transactions with privileged suppliers. |
